Dropped some coins into a NUSSU Rag & Flag donation can along my walk back home from the train station. Memories flashed back to the Rag & Flag dance practices 12 years ago which brought Kirin and I together. When all had ended, the seniors made a photo compilation in a DVD, as a gift for each of us. The DVD began with this song...
Every breath you take
And every move you make
Every bond you break, every step you take
I'll be watching you
Every single day
And every word you say
Every game you play, every night you stay
I'll be watching you

Today, I delved into the difference between moods, feelings and emotions. The Emotional Lifeguard explained that emotion - a neurological reaction, comes first, before we feel it through physical sensations. Mood, on the other hand, is a long term climate one naturally reverts to. Still rather confused on how to use these words appropriately. Erm "confused" should be a feeling I guess?
Had half a last square of epicatechin-rich Frey, for a strong heart. My 78% Frey extra dark bittersweet chocolate is running out!! These days, a smiley Frey has started to make cameo appearances in Art-in-Yang's-yoghurts.
And I made a satchet of nescafe intense 3-in-1 premix coffee in my Sumikko gurashi cup for the first time.

A favourite thing within a favourite thing. Though my cup was just two-third filled, my heart was brimming with love. So "heart brimming with love" is an emotion?

Oop-sy (the next in-word in 小雨's vocabulary bank).. I couldn't find Frey in Choco Express. So I got a pack of another brand to try - Galler noir 70% intense chocolatier, from Belgium. This gonna stand in for Swiss Frey, for a while.

Tonight, I had the cold Shirokuma white bear keeping warm by wearing Furoshiki (his cloth luggage) as a cloak in my yoghurt. Found another hidden treasure good for yoghurt art - crumbs from a Leibniz crunchy wholemeal biscuit , which were used to outline the two San-X characters.
Shirokuma doesn't look like he's missing the thick fat layer and two layers of fur polar bears have to keep them warm in the arctic climate, according to Polar Bears International. I wonder why he's always cold. He must have felt the same too - confused, a feeling?
So off he ran, with Furoshiki, away from the North...
But at least, he had Furoshiki to 讓它取暖. That's bliss - an emotion? And warmth, a feeling? (⌒-⌒; )

I gaze into the night sky and wonder where's the Polaris (North Star or 北極星). I think I need a telescope.
Would the Polaris tear if a polar bear really ran away from the North, just like Shirokuma?
I guess I would, if I were the Polaris.
