Cooking & deglazing with dry, crisp white wine

Simply closing my eyes as I hear the oven toaster ticking away, smell, feel and taste each bite of my Moshi Mushroom gives me... inner peace. O my, that's how much a little bun can do to Yang. Hahaa

Think I overworked lately. Seriously gotta love myself and turn in early tonight.

Used up the last drop of dry, crisp white wine from this bottle of Pinot Grigio (a versatile style of wine of subtle flavor) yesterday, when I deglazed the wok after browning chicken for the Mushroom & chicken stew with spaghetti. I wonder if I should get another bottle of white wine?
