Carrying 小雨's backpack, my own handcarry bag and my girl, I felt breathless in the next train which was just as packed but we managed to squeeze in.
Now I wonder why didn't I have the confidence to learn driving when I was 18/19 years old? Being helplessly stuck in a jam with a cranky toddler trying to get free from the car seat versus waiting for a packed train with two bags, a toddler and a pair of glasses sitting at the tip of your nose (as Yang doesn't have a nose bridge). Which is worse? For the former, you are enjoying the air-con in the car but your toddler isn't feeling too great. The latter, you are hot and sweaty but your toddler is happy being carried after a day without mama in preschool.
My consolation back at home: Omega 3-rich steamed cod fish with juicy sweet wolfberries and piping hot wholemeal walnut raisin bun. Which healed my headache a little, before I popped the Panadol pill.
Kirin said we'll go home together in 阿福 from tomorrow.
